Originally from the western suburbs, Con and his family moved to Wattle Park and he has been actively involved with the local community since.Con has run several businesses from the age of 25. "Dear Con, At last the computers and printer are up and running and we have a chance to let you know how much we appreciated your professional and personal help recently in selling our Wayville house. Geoffrey’s work means that we have bought and sold a succession of homes over the last twenty years. Our time with you (and MichaelKris) was by far our best experience as vendors, financially and emotionally, even though the sale period happened at the same time as a serious illness that put one of us (vendors) in hospital throughout the entire home-open period. The method of promoting the sale by targeting potential buyers and inviting expressions of interest over, in our case, a short period meant that we had a smooth, effective process towards the highly successful outcome. Because the method you used was so efficient, we benefited greatly from its cost effectiveness. No thousands of dollars paid out for print-based advertisements aimed like buckshot, mostly missing the targets.  The support and advice you gave Geoffrey as he took care of the presentation details meant that he stayed on course throughout – flower arranging and lighting candles, keeping things clean and tidy, even baking biscuits for the open house.   I should also thank you for introducing us to interior decorator, Mary P. Her advice was practical and the results effective, although you must take the credit for the strategic placement of the dining room table and chairs, which emphasised the spaciousness of the multi-purpose family room. The fact that Mary’s visits and advice were included in the low-cost marketing package has greatly interested friends we’ve told about our good experience selling with you. It is hard to put into words the difference you made to the fraught business of selling a house. I imagine you blushing; but truly, it comes down to character and professional integrity, honesty in dealing with people, genuine concern and kindness. You are one of the best blokes we’ve met, professionally and personally. My impression on a visit from the purchasers after the sale was concluded is that they were as happy about the purchase as we were about the sale.  It is interesting that we came to you through the recommendation of our next door neighbour, whose house you also sold very successfully. Your card has been passed around, and I think you will be hearing from the neighbour on the other side, who is now definitely thinking of selling after she gets back from an overseas trip sometime in October.
